RE/MAX South Luzon is expanding once again. This year, another Lipa office opened its doors to join the Global RE/MAX Brand. RE/MAX Platinum headed by Roslyn Llanes - Tan is now an official member of the RE/MAX Family

Roslyn and Ralph Tan, both civil engineers by profession, embarked on an unexpected journey in the real estate industry that led them to establish a successful career as brokers. Initially employed in a construction firm, they decided to challenge themselves by taking the board exam for brokers in 2012. Little did they know that this leap of faith would open doors to a whole new world.

After passing the exam, Roslyn and Ralph postponed practicing as brokers and focused on providing for their growing family. However, their desire to explore the real estate sector persisted, and in late 2015, they made a life-changing decision to move to Lipa, Roslyn's hometown. Working from home for an Australian builder, they realized that the lack of face-to-face interactions limited their professional growth.

In 2018, Roslyn took a step towards her real estate aspirations by delving into project selling. She attended seminars to gain knowledge and started recruiting agents to form her own team. The couple focused on collaborating with a developer in Lipa, and within a year, Roslyn became the top broker for that developer. Recognizing the potential in working together, she invited Ralph to join her in managing the growing team, and Tall Country Properties was born in 2019. With time, they expanded their operations to sell projects from various developers.
